45. John Wesley (1703-1791) was responsible for starting Methodism. He was an extremely smart man started the Holy Club at Oxford with Whitefield, people start calling them Methodists because of how devout they are. He fails many times in the ministry by not finding jobs and not being able to get people to listen to him; once be begins to preach outside, a revival starts in England.
