Charles & Ray Eames (Charles 1907-1978; Ray 1912-1988) - America’s quintessential husband and wife creative team worked in just about every medium imaginable. They, more than any other designer, helped shape Californian and American Modernism. They are most well-known for the Eames Lounge and Ottoman, also their molded fibreglass lounge chairs.
