1. Compound movements first. These require more than one muscle to do, for example - squats, leg press, bench press, pull ups. They also excert more energy. 2. To save time and ⬆️ intensity, do supersets (SS) and dropsets (DS). SS are when you do one exercise directly after the other. DS are when you do a set til failure, lower the weight and do another set until failure. You can do as many of these as you like, 1-5 is okay. 3. Remember, having correct correct is far more important than lifting heavy. Having good form ensures your safety and prevents from injuries. Stay at a low weight and increase when you feel comfortable with the movement. 4. Stay in your own lane! The only competition is yourself. #gym#workout#health
