Cuñape: a traditional Bolivian snack   1 cup of Yucca/Tapioca starch  3 cups of queso fresco (white cheese with a crumbly consistency)  1 egg  *add milk if it's too dry, add more starch if they flatten.  Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit  Knead the ingredients and form into balls about the size of a Ping pong ball  Poke a finger into the bottom of the ball to ensure it cooks thoroughly Cook for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)  Enjoy!
