Sometimes exercises are more effective when done in combination with other exercises .. Smith Machine Donkey Kicks into a Smith Machine 1-Legged Hip Thrust.. Perform the donkey kick on one leg (10-15 reps), flip around and go right into the hip thrust with that same leg on the ground (15-18 reps) and SQUEEZE your butt as you lift your hips off the ground.. Shoulder workout!!! The first exercise I did is similar to using an incline on a bench. I just did it standing. Try 4x15 of each!
✨Reverse Hyperextension Variation✨ these are great for building that upper booty shelf! Focus on: keep upper body as still as possible, thrust hips into pad and squeeze glutes at top, turn toes out slightly and feel contraction along outer glute/leg. If youre having trouble feeling this in your glutes, try holding an exercise ball between your calves! This will force you to squeeze your glutes and keep them engaged. (Repost: @yarishna)

Alright these two moves are the best butt exercises ever Have been incorporating them into my legs/glutes and full body days for weeks now (normally I'd rarely do the same program twice) Give them a go!
