RECIPE INGREDIENTS 2/3 cup frozen blueberries , unthawed or thawed very slightly enough to mash with a fork 2-3 tsp chia seeds 2-3 tsp maple syrup , or sticky liquid sweetener of choice. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1-2 tsp water. For the yogurt coating 1 - 1/2 cups dairy-free or regular vanilla or plain greek-style thick yogurt or thick coconut yogurt. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours, or until hardened.
