Over the moon to present a collaboration with D'Oliva Olive Oil, olives from our farm in the hills of #Malaga, picked by a band of merry men and women and cold extracted. It is early harvest #Hojiblanca, peppery and intense and it smells of tomato plants and freshly cut grass. Liquid gold and a must for any lover of #EVOO. Don’t take our word for it, order some for yourself from D'Oliva online https://www.dolivaonline.com/. 😋 🌳 Exquisitely presented in a clear glass bottle

Tomaquets de penjar or hanging tomatoes are an ‘heirloom’ variety of tomatoes that many Catalans use for their famous ‘pa amb tomaquet’ or bread with tomato, garlic and EVOO. 🍅 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 These incredible tomatoes are harvested in the summer and can be stored WITHOUT refrigeration until March the following year. Love this tradition. #slowfood #natural food #pantumaca #tomatadepenjar
