Sensational spread at Taberna Luque in #Córdoba. We need to take you here soon as this beloved TOMA favourite will be closing soon 😭 https://tomaandcoe.com/
Over the moon to present a collaboration with D'Oliva Olive Oil, olives from our farm in the hills of #Malaga, picked by a band of merry men and women and cold extracted. It is early harvest #Hojiblanca, peppery and intense and it smells of tomato plants and freshly cut grass. Liquid gold and a must for any lover of #EVOO. Don’t take our word for it, order some for yourself from D'Oliva online https://www.dolivaonline.com/. 😋 🌳 Exquisitely presented in a clear glass bottle

Sometimes, the most memorable meals are the ones that cost 9 Euros and are wrapped up in tasty authenticity. “Never trust a skinny chef” is one of our tongue in cheek sayings. This place, just outside #Malaga, is brimming with #Andalucian charm. And that’s what we want, right?

Tomaquets de penjar or hanging tomatoes are an ‘heirloom’ variety of tomatoes that many Catalans use for their famous ‘pa amb tomaquet’ or bread with tomato, garlic and EVOO. 🍅 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 These incredible tomatoes are harvested in the summer and can be stored WITHOUT refrigeration until March the following year. Love this tradition. #slowfood #natural food #pantumaca #tomatadepenjar

Now THAT’s what I call a #salmorejo and it had to be in the province of Córdoba - in Lucena to be precise.
