I wanted to share one of my favourite trackers from May. Here is my completed weight tracker, which shows my exercise, food and water intake at a glance. I added the horizontal line at the end of the month showing my average weight for the month. . I know in the process of losing weight you're not supposed to weigh yourself all the time, but I enjoyed filling out this tracker everyday and it showed me that when I was eating poorly for a few days my weight would reflect that. . . . #bujo…
