Vintage exhibition catalogue - quilting - 1980s The Quilters' Guild Exhibition Catalogue 1983 Published to accompany a quilting exhibition at the Guildhall Art Gallery, London in October 1983 Softback with card covers - 48 pages. Dimensions approx. 8" x 8 1/2" or approx. 21 cm x 22 cm 20 quilts are illustrated in colour, the remainder in black and white (with just a small amount of explanatory text alongside each image) This was the Quilters' Guild's second (UK) exhibition featuring its members' work There is a short introduction by Shiela Betterton, Textile & Needlework Specialist at the American Museum in Britain In reasonably good condition. Some wear and tear to cover - quite a bit of scuffing/creasing, rubbing to spine, a few small marks etc. General age discolouration/tanning. But otherwise good. Binding is tight. Internal pages are clean with no major flaws - no stains, tears or annotations. Please see photos for more information.
