"Goldenrod / Mustard Post Earrings ~ Handmade with Polymer Clay All my items are handmade and unique, and one of a kind. I do not mass produce my pieces. If you find a piece you love, get it now, before it disappears! Polymer Clay starts off as a block of soft moldable mixable clay. I mix the clay with different techniques and mediums, then mold the shape and bake for one hour. Each piece is then trimmed, sanded, buffed, drilled, put together by hand, and I might finish with resin or polyurethane. Once baked the piece is waterproof and lightweight, yet very durable. It can be washed with light soap and water. It is important to avoid spraying chemicals such as hair spray and cologne, it could compromise the surface and look of the piece.
