This crock pot pot roast is the ultimate comfort food and it's SUPER easy to throw together. The slow cooker does all the work and delivers a perfectly tender, juicy pot roast with tender-crisp veggies and an optional 5-minute stovetop gravy!

• 3 lb Chuck, roast

• 2 peeled and cut into pieces 2 pounds carrots
• 2 lbs Baby gold potatoes
• 2 Bay leaves
• 6 cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 tsp Onion powder
• 1 Parsley, fresh
• 4 sprigs Rosemary, fresh
• 4 sprigs Thyme, fresh
• 1 Yellow onion, cut into 1/2″ slices
Canned Goods
• 32 oz Beef stock
• 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 2 tsp Brown sugar
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• 3 tbsp Cornstarch
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
