This delicious 3 Ingredient Strawberry Cloud Cake doesn’t need any flour, eggs, added sugar, butter or oil. It is a very light and refreshing no bake dessert. This unique cake is very light, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. This recipe uses fresh ripe strawberries. Try to use sweet strawberries because the cake does not have any added sugar. I don’t recommend using frozen strawberries because they will make the batter too watery.
