Ready for the most mind-blowing chocolate dessert that takes 10 minutes to make? Chocolate de creme is a thick, creamy dessert. This recipe is naturally sweetened with medjool dates and the cashews make it oh so thick and creamy!
RECIPE
• 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour then drained
• 8 medjool dates
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• pinch of salt
• 1⁄2 tsp espresso powder (brings out the chocolate flavor)
• 1 cup water
• 6oz 70% dark chocolate
METHOD
• Soak your cashews and dates in water for 1 hour. After soaking, melt your chocolate and combine everything in a high speed blender.
• Blend for at least 2 minutes so the cashews are completely smooth and there’s no gritty bits. Pour into ramekins or a bowl and let it set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
