Band, Orchestra and Chorus Weekly Practice Record Chart - Editable!

Instead of requiring students to practice a certain amount of minutes each week on their instrument, I find that offering a "Weekly Performance Practice Challenge" each week keeps them motivated! Every time they have an at-home practice session, they get a signature. By the next week's in-school lesson, if they have 5 signatures, they choose from the prize box (a box of party favors- which they love!). This is appropriate for Elementary Early-Middle School musicians in the band, orchestra, chorus or other instrumental settings that require at-home practice. A fun way to motivate practicing! This 2-page chart should be printed this double-sided and 3-hole-punched for students to keep in their 3-ring binder. This download is editable, so you can personalize it however you like! Remember to get your prizes picked out for additional motivation and fun for the kids who may not feel that learning is reason enough to practice :)
