Skinny Coffee Protein Shake -1 packet Starbucks (or brand of your choice) instant coffee powder -6 ounces water -2 ounces skim milk (or coffee creamer) Optional - 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (this give it that frappuccino/milk shake consistency) Optional: 1 packet of stevia (if you like your coffee drinks really sweet) Put all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy! Around or less than 200 calories per serving!
