• 300 g Ground chicken

• 6 sprigs Cilantro
• 1 Green onion
• 1 Makrut lime
• 1/3 cup Mint, leaves
• 2 Sawtooth coriander, leaves
• 1 Shallot, thinly sliced, about 1/4 cup, small
Canned Goods
• 2 tbsp Water or unsalted chicken stock
Condiments
• 1 2/3 tbsp Fish sauce
• 2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
Pasta & Grains
• 2 tbsp Rice, toasted
• 3 tbsp Thai sticky rice or jasmine rice
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Chili flakes or whatever spicy chili powder you have, roasted
