Milton Greene, annonced them to the press June 29th 1956 at 4.00 PM, in front of Arthur's house in Roxbury (Old Tophet Road), Connecticut, Arthur and Marilyn annonced their civil wedding, later that day at Westchester County Court House, in White Plains (Westchester County, State of New York), celebrated by judge Seymour Rabinowitz.
