En el sur de Burkina Faso, un país sin salida al mar en el oeste de África, cerca de la frontera con Ghana se encuentra un pequeño pueblo, circular de aproximadamente 1,2 hectáreas, llamado Tiebele. Este es el hogar de las personas Kassena, una de las etnias más antiguas que se habían asentado en el territorio de Burkina Faso en el siglo 15. Tiebele es conocido por su increíble arquitectura tradicional Gourounsi y las paredes ricamente decoradas de sus casas.
