So the rule I came up with is that I must drink a liter of water before each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I have a big 1-liter bottle that I refill to make it easy to keep track. So far, it’s really working! I feel with more energy. And I find myself less likely to overeat when I’m fully hydrated.
