Los científicos han descubierto el primer sistema binario que ha conocido la consistir en un agujero negro y una estrella 'hilar' - o más exactamente, una de tipo Bi - estrella. Aunque predice la teoría, ninguno había sido encontrado previamente......Scientists have discovered the first binary system ever known to consist of a black hole and a ‘spinning’ star – or more accurately, a Be-type star. Although predicted by theory, none had previously been found.
Real Images of Black Holes | ...There are no two ways around it; there is definitely a black hole there
#TadpoleGalaxy! Disrupted barred spiral galaxy located 400mly from #Earth toward the northern constellation #Draco. It's most dramatic features are a trail of stars about 280,000 lys long massive star clusters. It is thought that a more compact galaxy crossed in front of the Tadpole Galaxy was slung around behind the Tadpole by their mutual gravitational attraction. source:iliveinaspiralgalaxy.tumblr.com #space #tadpolegalaxy
Astronomers have discovered a black hole that is consuming gas from a nearby star 10 times faster than previously thought possible.
The accretion disk(circular rotating matter) solar system matter & nova remains/ binary star sucked into the hole.and jet (yet visible matter, subatomic breakdown, radiation) of a supermassive black hole. All spiral galaxies seem to have supermassive black holes at their center. That and dark matter (invisible) produce the galaxy the high speed of rotation. Jet is the still visible radiation from its breakdown of matter under it's gravity. #blackhole#supermassive#galaxy#space

Who knew that black holes could look this beautiful? A stunning creation by @jorgexpo Jorge Lopez Ramirez.
Espectacular agujero negro descubierto en Agosto de 2007 en la constelación de Eridanus.
El descubrimiento de un agujero negro supermasivo desde los primeros cosmos está configurado para reescribir la física, dicen los científicos......The discovery of a supermassive black hole from the early cosmos is set to rewrite physics, say scientists. Más
At the centre of every large galaxy lives a giant black hole that swallows gas or dust clouds that stray too close. As matter spirals inwards, it is compressed into an accretion disk. By the time it falls into the black hole, the matter is so hot that much of its mass is converted to energy, which emerges as heat, light and jets of high-energy particles. http://www.nature.com/polopoly_fs/7.14928.1389717382!/image/Quasar.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_630/Quasar.jpg
