Make ahead: STRAWBERRY COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS 4 cups rolled oats, gluten free 12 oz frozen or fresh organic strawberries, pureed 6 cups almond milk 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 1/3 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract  In large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients. You may need a little bit more milk if you like. I like mine a bit more liquid like than pudding consistency so I add more. Place in the refrigerator overnight and eat the next morning.

Breakfast Banana Splits  Ingredients: 1 banana 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt 1 Tbsp. all-natural strawberry jam 4-5 strawberries, sliced 4-5 blackberries 1 tsp. granola (or oats) 1 tsp. chopped nuts   Directions: Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise. Place halves in a shallow bowl. Add a few berries to the bottom of the bowl, between banana halves. Top with Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with remaining berries, granola, and nuts.   21 Day Fix Equivalents: 2.5 Purples 1/2 Red 2 tsp.
