Pastasaus: verwarm de airfryer voor op 175C en leg halve tomaten, grofgehakte ui, uitgeperste knoflook, basilicum, stuk paprika, wortel of wat je lekker vindt op bakpapier in het mandje. Bestrooi met wat zout en peper en bedruppel met wat olie. Laat een half uur roosteren, doe daarna de groenten in een grote pan en pureer de groenten met de staafmixer glad. Breng op smaak met nog wat zout en peper indien nodig en evt een scheutje balsamico/olijfolie.
