1930 Bouncing Circles. Franciska Clausen (1899-1986) was a Danish painter. She studied with László Moholy-Nagy in Berlin in 1922 and with Fernand Léger in Paris from 1924 to 26. She was the only artist among the early Danish Modernists to enter the inner circle of the international avant-garde, influencing others as they influenced her.
