This 1550 Bronzino painting shows Eleonora de Toledo gorgeously dressed wearing a pomegranate print with a jeweled headdress and a jeweled reticulated partlet. She is with with her son Giovanni. She had six children who lived to adulthood. Giovanni became a cardinal.
