This plique-a-jour enamel and silver vase was offered for sale at Leo Kaplan Ltd. in New York City. It was made by Gustav Gaudernack while he was working at David-Andersen in Oslo, Norway, about 1900. It is 8 inches high.
Austrian Art Nouveau silver cigarette case decorated with enamel in vivid blue and green in a floral motif and heavily washed in gilt. It measures 2 ¼” x 3 ½” and is fully hallmarked A1 for Austrian sterling ~ circa 1910.
