The Bassment Coffeeshop at Oudezijds Achterburgwal 61, Amsterdam.  This is in the very heart of the red light district situated amongst the famous red light windows. In fact 59 in this photo is one. Nearby hotels include Hotel Royal Taste and Hotel 83 which are also on the canal side.  The Bassment has a bar upstairs.
