The dough for Easy Homemade Flour Tortillas came together, quickly, in my Bosch Universal Plus mixer. I divided the dough into fourths, then each fourth into thirds, to make 12 pieces. I flattened each dough ball, covered them and let them rest for about 15 minutes. Then all I had to do was roll each one into the size I wanted and cook it in my cast iron skillet. DELISH!
