Flatbread with Sage & Arugula Pesto, Figs, and Prosciutto
The great thing about this flatbread dish is that you can diversify it from season to season. For fall, we used an arugula sage pesto as the base, and topped it with fresh figs, prosciutto, fresh arugula, parm and herbs to give it a true fall flair.
