#PRB recipe on EatWell# GRILLED SQUID WITH SOy SAUCE Ingredients 2 squids 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce 2 garlic cloves sliced 1 sprig rosemary 3 tsp capers lemon Pinch salt Method Clean squids and put in deep bowl pour in Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and let marinate for 1 hour. Heat grill plate. Remove squids from fridge garnish with garlic and rosemary and grill each side for approx. 2 mins. Serve with capers and squeeze of lemon and salt.
