Healthy & Simple Chocolate Mousse 4 servings Calories 80 Fat: 2 grams 1/2c unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4c almond milk 1/2c erythritol 12oz 0%Greek yogurt 1/2tsp vanilla extract  In a pot over med-low, combine cocoa, milk & erythrtitol. whisk well. Cook til thick, whisk constantly, about 5min. Set aside. Whip vanilla into yogurt with fork til fluffy. Stir in chocolate mix & stir well. Cover &chill for at least two hours until firm.
