Honey-ginger tofu: 350 g tofu, 2 T soy sauce, 1 T honey, 2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp oil. Marinate tofu in soy, honey, ginger and oil 15 min. Cook until golden, 2 to 3 min per side, over medium heat in skillet. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
