Don’t “fall into that trap of inaction. [The] temptation to delay comes from our enemy [who] wants us to be miserable as he is. He knows we can only have true happiness if we are washed clean through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, by continuing repentance, and the making and keeping of sacred covenants.” From #PresEyring’s http://pinterest.com/pin/24066179228827489 inspiring #LDSconf http://facebook.com/223271487682878 message http://lds.org/general-conference/1999/10/do-not-delay
Why is the Book of Mormon so important to the restoration? Those who become converted through its powerful message will become converted to Jesus Christ, to the fullness of His Gospel, and to the truth of Joseph Smith’s prophetic calling. https://knowhy.bookofmormoncentral.org/content/why-is-the-book-of-mormon-so-important-to-the-restoration
"My hope lives not because I am not a sinner but because I am a sinner for whom Christ died; my trust is not that I am holy but that being unholy HE is my righteousness. My faith rests not upon what I am or shall be or feel or know but in what Christ is in what He has done and in what He is now doing for me. Hallelujah!" .The world around is full of people looking for satisfaction and never truly finding it. Only Jesus can satisfy our need, physical as well as spiritual. When we accept Jesus in our hearts as well as in our mind, He will provide what we need and much of our desires as well. Many of the things we desire before we truly accept Jesus, change as we get closer to Him and learn more about who He is.
He who doubts that the best will come to him with doing of that which is correct is already defeated. Don't blame others for what has happened or may happen. Do right yourself, physically, mentally and spiritually, and the best will come to you. #EdgarCayce reading 5203-1 (EdgarCayce.org)
