Lolasana! Pendant pose. This is one of my favorite poses to use to teach strength. It requires a ton of muscle recruitment. Straight arm scapular strength, core lift and engagement and balance. Like most arm balances, it takes a lot of wrist flexibility. This variation is on another level of wrist flexibility and you shouldn't even attempt unless you've spent extensive time training your wrist to do this. Moral of the story, warm up and stretch your wrist everyday, especially before you…
