Adichie is THE star of the African literature scene and yet it took me a while to read one of her books. I finally did and started with this short story collection about the lives of Nigerians at home and abroad. The writing is intelligent and full of insight that will have you smile and nod your head. The last story in the book, that references Achebe's Things Fall Apart, is my favourite.
