This banner is made out of lightweight cardstock and hung on white string. Colors include tan, light blue, navy blue and pumpkin orange with white letters. Each flag measures 4" wide x 5" high. You can slide the flags on the string if you want them more spaced out. Letters measure 3 inches tall. There is extra string on each end. This is a piece made from cardstock cutouts.
