Bloom the Gelatin: In a bowl, add 40 ml cold water and sprinkle 5 g gelatin on top. Let it bloom for 5–10 minutes. 2. Melt & Mix: Once bloomed, gently melt the gelatin mixture (you can microwave it for 10 seconds or use a double boiler). 3. Add Chocolate & Cream: Add the melted white chocolate and fresh cream to the gelatin mix. Stir well until smooth and combined. 4.
