8/27/15 Tequila-Orange Grilled Shrimp: 1LB lg shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on, 3T olive oil, 1 jalapeño (used 1/2), 2 cloves garlic, zest of 1 lime, coarse salt, ground pepper, 1C OJ, 1/4C tequila, 1 finely chopped shallot (sub'd a white bulb from 1 green onion), 1T unsalted butter, 1T fresh chopped chives (forgot!). Was a bit spicy even though I used 1/2 jalapeño. Great summer eats. Low on time so I oven broiled it. Delicious, so I'm sad to think how great it would be on grill!
