Turmeric Roasted Potatoes: Cut 2 lb potatoes into roughly even pieces and boil till just tender, then drain. Add: 2 t. salt turmeric, 1/4 c. EVO (or butter,) 2 T. fresh lemon juice, a dash of cayenne. Put lid back on and "shake" the seasonings in. Turn out onto a baking sheet and roast at 400 for about 10 min. till brown and bubbly on top.
