NICEPHORE NIEPCE (1765-1833) Joseph Nicéphore Niépce, né le 7 mars 1765 à Chalon-sur-Saône (actuelle Saône-et-Loire) est un ingénieur français, considéré comme étant l'inventeur de la photographie, appelée alors « procédé héliographique ».
