Ferraria crispa, dark form. There are very few flowers that give me the willies. I don't flinch from a titan arum or a rafflesia. But to me, Ferraria is a freak show. Something about the fleshy chartreuse curled edges of those petals... anyhow, these flowers aren't cultivated widely enough to have cultivar names, but they do come in a great variety of colors. Be warned that they also come in a variety of scents, from sweet to rotten.
