Artisan Bread~3 c flour, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp yeast & 1½ c warm water~ In a bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Cover with plastic & set at room temperature for 8-24 hrs. Turn dough out onto well-floured surface & form into a ball. Rest for 30 mins. In meantime, place baking dish with high sides into 450°F oven. Slash “X” on top of bread.
