More on Sun Salutations... There are variations of Sun Salutations. Personally, I like when Downward Dog comes right after the lunge. And when there are two Down Dogs in one Sun Salutation. They're my favorite part.  You begin in Mountain Pose (1) breathing in. When you get to Forward Fold (3), breathe out. Breathe in during your lunge (4).   Your breathing will continue to alternate with each different pose. You should end up back in Mountain Pose breathing in.
