White wine garlic crab. Clean crabs and blanch in vegetable stock. Then remove the top shell and soft gills. Cut in half and rinse. Place in a large pan with white wine, butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Simmer until the wine has reduced. I think it's safe to say I won't be making crab again for a while. It took well over an hour to eat.
