"In a Big Country" (my time in Connecticut with the Lighthouses of the East Coast) On the Menu: Lobster Rolls I had the best sandwich of my life at a little seaside joint in Rhode Island. Lobster meat, spiced up, piled high on a huge over-sized hot dog bun. Impossible to eat with one hand. Out there, they call them "Lobster Rolls". (with a note in the post why me, Mr. "Healthy Eater", I doesn't get too uptight about eating occasional so called scavengers, lobster, crab and shrimp)
