French Chicken Cordon Bleu _ (thin slices of chicken, interlaid or stuffed with ham & Swiss cheese slices, & breaded then sauteed). This may be more of a "you have some time on the weekend to make a special meal for some special people" kind of dish... but OH SO WORTH the effort!
Thank-you Beretta Farms for the recipe: Lemon & Rosemary Chicken • 1 Beretta Farms Whole Chicken • 2 Lemons • 2 Cloves garlic • Rosemary (dry or 2 sprigs fresh) • 1 tbsp olive oil • Sea salt & pepper to taste 1. Preheat oven to 300ºF 2. Cut lemons into wedges, peel garlic & cut in half 3. Stuff lemons, garlic & rosemary into the chicken 4. Massage the olive oil all over the chicken skin and season with S&P 5. Cook slowly for 1–1.5 hr then let sit uncovered for 20min
