The outsides have got some nice crunch but the insides are sweet and creamy...everyone loves these bites!

Ingredients

• 1 pinch Chili flakes

• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp Onion powder

• 2 tsp Sage, fresh

• 4 Sweet potatoes, medium

• 2 tbsp Thyme, fresh leaves

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

• 1 Kosher salt and black pepper

• 1 tsp Paprika

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 Olive oil, extra virgin

Bread & Baked Goods

• 2 cups Panko bread crumbs

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Asiago or manchego cheese, grated

• 6 tbsp Butter, salted

• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
