It's a mango and chicken salad and whilst I absolutely detest fruit out of context (raisins in rice apricots in curry pineapple  with chicken or ham I mean WHAT) this one surprisingly isn't too bad. I love shredded salads - lots of crunchy carrot and cabbage in there with the softest chicken breast ever and some leaves.  so summery ....
