It is important for walking (especially on uneven surfaces), useful for getting dressed/undressed, stepping over things, walking up and down stairs, bending/squatting to reach things on the floor, carrying something while walking etc. We place the Squigz around the perimeter of the wobble cushion, whilst standing on the cushion.
