5 Intermediate Front Split Stretches
This is a flexibility goal for many of us, not just dancers. With the right stretches, strengthening exercises and consistency anyone can improve the muscle flexibility needed and get amazing results. Unlike middle splits, most of us can achieve a flat front split. Head to my blog post for all the exercise details on this splits routine. Aim to do this routine 3-5 x per week when you are warm, such as after a movement class or a workout. Have fun!
