I assure you that with this filo pastry cake you will look like a true Chef, and the cheese+pear+honey contrasts couldn't be more successful. 😋 You can change the pear for figs (they are no longer in season but when they are) or for apple.🥹🥹 The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it is a salty cake to eat immediately since the filo dough softens quickly.
